Cancelation Policy
We understand that emergencies and changes happen. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.

No Refunds on Livestock Purchases

All livestock sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any livestock purchased, regardless of the circumstances.

Returns on Dry Goods

Returns are only accepted for unopened dry goods within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Opened or used items are not eligible for return.
